From 13 March to 5 April, LEGO Singapore brought heritage, creativity, and play together with the launch of its first-ever LEGO Shophouse Experience at Design Orchard. Open daily from 11am to 9pm, the immersive pop-up transformed Level 2 of Design Orchard into a vibrant Singapore-inspired shophouse, featuring Peranakan design elements, interactive activities, themed rooms, and inspiring LEGO displays. Visitors could explore beautifully curated spaces, participate in hands-on building activities, collect stamps to complete a special postcard, and even redeem exclusive LEGO keepsakes. The experience also featured Singapore’s first Peranakan-inspired LEGO brick tile wall and showcased fan-built creations from the local LEGO community.
BUGS was honoured to be invited to contribute to this landmark event. Several of our talented Bugsters were tasked with creating functional LEGO displays that demonstrated how LEGO can be incorporated into everyday living spaces.

Their creations were proudly showcased alongside the various room displays within the LEGO Shophouse Experience, helping to inspire visitors with creative and practical ways to incorporate LEGO into their homes.
